Project Smash: Coffee vs. Tea

I wouldn’t call it a resolution for the new year, but I did plan to try and drink more tea. I was doing a bit well at first, but the Starbucks kick is too difficult to shake off! Rather than choose favorites between these two beverages, I decided to have at least a cup of each every week. So far it’s been working out fine. Call me a weirdo if you will. Still, there are others who can’t go a day without the stuff. I’m not that caffeine dependent! Finally I took some time out of my Friday to document my love for them.

I saw the idea for using a Starbucks sleeve as a pocket on Pinterest. It’s kind of funny that I put a photo of my favorite drink from another coffee place inside it.

The journal cards are hidden within the 2 pages. One is on the page behind the Philz photo, and the other behind the photo with the afternoon tea foods (you have to flip it over to view it).

I also used a few of my flairs from A Flair for Buttons. I ordered these ones in particular because I knew I’d make a page about coffee and tea eventually. Pretty darn cute, yeh?

Just as I was finishing this up, I found out I’m almost completely out of adhesive runner. Bah! I’ll have to pay Michael’s a visit real soon.
