I attended another Gogobot South Bay event this past weekend at this newly opened steakhouse located in San Jose. Although the restaurant is known for their steaks being served atop a 700 degree volcanic rock (what is this sorcery?!), the happy hour event allowed for those in attendance to sample some of their appetizers and fondues. Fried Artichoke Hearts, Macadamia Baked Brie, Hawaiian Poke Salad, and Bruschetta were graciously noshed upon. This was immediately followed by the day’s selection of savory and sweet fondues. I enjoyed everything, however, my favorites were the Baked Brie, Pesto fondue, and Dark Chocolate Kahlua fondue. After seeing some customers order their steaks and cook them at their table, I’m beyond curious to return to try them out.
