Last month, I was chosen as one of a handful of winners for a giveaway that stashmatters had on her blog. I received my goodies, plus some extras, a few weeks later.
Here’s what I received:
Shiseido Facial Cotton – At under $10 a pack, I had reason to believe that these were worth a try, especially after seeing positive reviews about them. I actually ordered them from Sephora prior to entering the giveaway, so now I have an extra pack to use once the other one is finished. So far so good! They’re lint free and don’t fall apart while I use them with micellar water or makeup remover, and they have a wider surface area than the pads I normally use from Daiso. Worth the splurge? Heck yes.
Slice cosmetic sharpener – It’s been a good while since I bought a new sharpener. This looks like it has a larger capacity for collecting the shavings compared to the ones I currently have. Looking forward to using it!
MAC Blush Pro Palette Refill in Cubic – This shade takes me back to college when I first saw a friend use it. It has been on my MAC wish list ever since, except I never got around to purchasing it. I won’t have to worry about that now.
Tweezerman Eyelash Comb + ebay mascara guard – I’ve had my Japonesque lash comb for years and love it since it doesn’t have pointy teeth. I’ll have to use a bit of caution with this and hopefully not poke my eye out. The mascara guard will come in handy since I’ve had the occasional smudge or 2 occur on my lids when applying it after shadow (grrr).
C.O. Bigelow Supreme 2X Lip Shine in Vanillamint – Their Mentha Lip Shine was a favorite of mine years ago. The flavor I chose seems like it won’t be as minty, which is fine. If I like it, I might just get the other flavors.
Coastal Scents Angled Liner Brush – I need a heck of a lot of practice with using an angled brush to apply liner. This will definitely be put to use for that purpose.
Life Brand Anti-Aging Facial Sheet Mask – Caviar & Pearl Powder? Fancy! I’m slowly getting into using sheet masks a few times a month, so I’m excited to try this.
Crispy Crunch, Coffee Crisp, and Crunch chocolate – The Choco-holic in me was very happy to get these. Been wanting to try Coffee Crisp ever since seeing it at World Market, and Crispy Crunch is something we don’t have here in the US, unlike the Crunch.
Thanks again Stash for the awesome giveaway!
